Merse Wellness

This is an affordable and really nice wellness spa. They regularly have specials for 1hr bathhouse sessions for around $30. It includes ice, hot and normal magnesium baths and sauna. I was hesitant to try ice baths the first time, but can tolerate it well. Contrast therapy helps regulate the nervous system, circulation and I find I always have more energy in my body and a good sleep. My tip for the ice bath is don’t push beyond your limits as I did try and ended up flaring up, and keep hydrated.
